Quick Bite Foods is the group behind Moyaaah! and The Cut & Catch. We started with one belief: a restaurant should have a story, and the food should live up to it.

The founders

Mujahid Hussain

Co-Founder, QuickBite Foods

Mujahid Hussain was born and raised in Dubai before moving back to Hyderabad. His father loved to travel, so he started young: by twenty he had eaten his way through the UK, France, Austria, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Oman and a long list of places across India.

That habit never left. He is a partner in a brand consulting and design firm working across UI/UX, creative design, content and digital campaigns, and an investor. Quick Bite Foods is where those two sides meet: brands that are designed properly and kitchens that are run properly.

He calls himself a simple, regular family man who works hard and likes to relax every now and then. He writes about the places he visits, the restaurants he likes and doesn't, and the recipes he has tested at Hungry Foolish Me.

Arshia Humera

Co-Founder, QuickBite Foods

Arshia Humera is a Bachelor of Technology graduate, entrepreneur, and passionate artist who brings together a rare combination of analytical thinking, creativity and entrepreneurial instinct. She is also a business partner in a pre-primary education venture, giving her hands-on experience in building and managing a consumer-facing business.

Known for being fierce, decisive and clear about what she wants, Arshia is an excellent communicator who believes strongly in turning ideas into action. Her creative sensibility and understanding of people and brands bring a distinctive perspective to QuickBite Foods.

At QuickBite, Arshia is driven by the ambition to build a food brand that is bold, contemporary and genuinely loved by its consumers.

QBF founded

Two founders, one idea: restaurants with a story, run properly. The group is set up in Hyderabad.

2019

Burgasm comes under the QBF umbrella

The cloud kitchen joins the group, bringing burgers to Hyderabad by delivery.

2023

Moyaaah! opens

Smash burgers and steaks land on Road No. 11, Banjara Hills.

2026

The Cut & Catch launches

A second cuisine. Seafood and grills with a cleaver and a fish on the door.
